Stephen Mason is a Chartered Building Surveyor based in South West London.
He has extensive experience of professional building surveying commissions comprising pre-acquisition surveys, Party Wall matters, dilapidations claims and Expert Witness reports.
Previous work has involved him in repairs, refurbishment and alterations to both historic and modern residential and commercial buildings, with the preparation of detailed specifications and subsequent contract administration for a variety of public sector, commercial and private clients.
The practice undertakes to ensure that initial instructions from clients are thoroughly reviewed in conjunction with the client such that appropriate services are commissioned and completed in the agreed time frame and for the previously agreed fee.

Stephen has over 35 years experience as a practising surveyor in the private sector. He is a graduate of the University of Reading, with a bachelor of science honours degree in building surveying.
